Add 100 ml of water per 100 gr of flowers ...

Brot ohne Mehl
Ich hab im Internet ein interessantes Rezept gefunden: Fitnessbrot (was immer das heissen soll) ohne Mehl. Da ich ständig auf der Suche nach Alternativen zu Weizenmehl bin dachte ich ich probiere es mal aus. Das original Rezept ist mit "Cups of" ... da hab ich so gar keinen Nerv drauf (und kein Messgerät, deshalb adaptiere ich pi-mal-Daumen ein "Cup" zu 50 gr. EL und TL behalte more ...
